Abstract

Jim Adams attended the Berea College affiliated Foundation School in the late 1930s and early 1940s.

Scope and Contents of the Materials

This collection consists of a sketchbook (30 pages) titled "Light a Candle" telling a story through sketches of a student being recruited to Berea College, going to school and working at Berea, and graduating.  Collection also includes six original sketches related to Berea College topics and politics.
