Abstract
The Office of Vice President for Alumni and College Relations is responsible for providing administrative oversight for securing endowment and annual fund support for the college, creating and disseminating information about the college and leading efforts to expand the circle of alumni and friends who are concerned with the welfare of the college. The Office is currently made up of the following divisions: Advancement Services, Alumni Relations, Annual Giving, Development Operations and Prospect Research, Donor Relations and Communications, Major and Planned Gifts, and Marketing and Communications.
Scope and Contents of the Materials
The Alumni and College Relations collection contains fundraising and publicity materials, records on donors and foundations, records of various department staff, alumni event and support materials, campus maps and tour guides, and staff newsletters published by the department. A highlight of the collection is its numerous publications reflecting the fundraising efforts and historical background of the College which can be found in Series 2: Publicity and Publications.
